Chris Genatossio

LPL Financial Advisor

Chris Genatossio is a graduate of Northeastern University, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. After graduating college, Chris spent 15 years in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry helping physicians understand the products his employers represented and how those products could improve a patient’s quality of life. During these years Chris learned to ask appropriate questions and listen to the needs of the physicians and the needs of their patient groups. Because of this training, the transition from Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to Financial Advisor was a natural fit.

Through client interaction and asking the appropriate questions during client meetings, Chris has developed a process to correctly identify the needs of his clients and the milestones to come. Whether it is helping a family buy a house, sending a child to college, plan for retirement, or leave a legacy for surviving family members, Chris feels like he is helping a client, or a family, improve their quality of life. Also, Chris takes a very sincere approach in learning about the long-term goals of his clients. He values his relationships with his clients, and feels it serves as the cornerstone of trust between them.

In 2007, Chris started his career as a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley. After nearly a decade of growing his business and serving his clients, Chris deliberated about how best to serve relationships he has fostered in the future. He met Doug Orifice and was introduced to the Financial Planning philosophy at Arsenal Financial. Seeing the capabilities of Arsenal’s partnering firm, LPL Financial, and that Doug’s practice and clients resembled Chris’ own, the decision to join LPL Financial and Arsenal Financial was an easy one. Chris now has the tools, and a wonderful team to take his financial advising practice to the next level and serve his clients with the appropriate tools and infrastructure.

Given his 15 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry and empathy for their fast paced profession, Chris’ practice has a focus on helping Healthcare Professionals plan their financial future. Chris carries his Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses through LPL Financial, and Life Insurance License. Chris lives in Boston in the historic North End with his wife Lauren and daughter Celine. He is an avid snowboarder, loves spending time with his family, and taking his daughter to the playground. In addition, Chris has an undying passion for all Boston Sports teams and his favorite television show, Game of Thrones, and book, A Song Of Ice And Fire.
